It seems Kim Kardashian is on a mission to lose 18 pounds before she turns 40 this fall, as she reveals her strict diet plan during a Twitter Q&A Monday night. Plus, exposing that her 6-year-old daughter, North, is a ‘pescatarian’ – meaning she eats fish!
And what’s the KKW Beauty mogul’s secret of staying so fit and losing the extra weight that she’s gained, you ask? Well, “I eat mostly plant-based. No meat anymore.” Kim said.
Anywho, another Twitter user followed up Kim’s response asking her whether her kids eat plant-based food too. “Yes, they do,” Kim replied furthermore detailing, “North is a pescatarian though.”
Kim Kardashian, 39, tweeted her kids with husband Kanye West, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and 8-month-old Pslam, also follow a plant-based diet. Anywho, her eldest daughter, 6-year-old North West – is a “pescatarian.”
The beauty-queen then went on to share some of her go-to plant-based meals, that includes, oatmeal and vegan sausage for breakfast, and vegan tacos and salads for lunch, “Sea Moss Smoothies are really good too.” she added.
However, having already following a strict plant-based diet, Kim enjoys junk food now and then:
When a Twitter user asked to name her favorite snack, Kim tweeted, “I love Cheetos. OMG Cheetos puffs too and Doritos sometimes.”
But she concluded she likes the regular Cheetos and not Flaming Hot Cheetos, “I hate HOT anything! I hate Spicey [sic] anything,” Kim wrote in her tweet, “I know this is going to be very unpopular to so many, but I just don’t like it. Regular Cheetos for me or Cheetos puffs are my absolute fave.”
